Rating: ★★★★½

This outdoor rock speaker from Creative Labs is the best speaker we have seen in terms of features, looks and overall sound quality. Adding this speaker to your backyard or garden will make all your friends and neighbors jealous.

It looks absolutely stunning in person and will blend in with virtually any garden or backyard setting. It is very solidly built and the robust design will withstand all weather conditions, including sun, rain, and snow.

Even when used wirelessly, it sounds amazing. A lot of outdoor speakers lack bass, but the bass pumped out by this speaker is very full and deep. The overall sound quality is top notch!

The part that we liked best about this rock speaker is the fact that it can be used wirelessly and can actually stream music right from your computer if used in conjunction with Creative’s Audio Transmitter. We tested this feature out and were very impressed. It is very easy to set up, even if you don’t know much about computers. Once it was set up we were able to stream our music wirelessly from our PC up to a range of 100 feet. Since it uses 2.4GHz wireless technology the sound came in as clear as a bell even with various objects in the way.

The only thing that prevented us from giving it a 5/5 rating is that it is fairly expensive at $199.95 and you also have to purchase a seperate transmitter if you want to stream music wirelessly. But if you don’t mind spending a little extra and seriously want the absolute best outdoor rock speaker available then you will be very happy with this product.
